Cambodia's mighty rivers and lakes are not only rich in bio-diversity, they make Cambodia a beautiful and great nation. Tonle Sap gives birth to the Khmer civilzation; the Mekong is the life blood of Tonle Sap. Both the Mekong and Tonle Sap are now facing ecological disasters due to climate change, overexploitation and poor governance.
